Susan Lynch is the Global Associate Director of Learning for McKinsey Accelerate, where she plays a crucial role in helping organizations achieve sustainable transformational impact through execution excellence, capability building, and leadership development.

With a background in leadership development, client capability building, transformations, knowledge management, and strategy, Susan has led various initiatives at McKinsey to enhance client capabilities within engagements, standardize approaches, and chart future strategies.

Susan Lynch's expertise extends to infrastructure and people management, purchasing and supply management, as well as navigating emerging markets.

She has a track record of developing and implementing internal capability building programs for McKinsey consultants across all levels, contributing to the design and delivery of effective learning programs for clients.

With a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Susan Lynch has held key roles such as Global Learning Manager, Manager of Strategy and Operations, and Learning Specialist during her tenure at McKinsey & Company.
