Susan Galbraith

Dr. Susan Galbraith is a UK trained Clinical Oncologist with a strong background in Oncology early drug development and Biomarker development.

She holds a PhD in Oncology focusing on Vascular Targeting Agents, particularly on endothelial cell shape change effects, and has utilized translational dynamic MRI to measure effects on tumor microcirculation.

Dr. Galbraith is a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences (FMedSci) and has a comprehensive educational background, having studied MB BChir in Clinical Medicine at the University of Cambridge and BSc in Physiology at The University of Manchester.

With vast experience in the pharmaceutical industry, she has held key leadership positions at AstraZeneca, including Executive Vice President and Former Senior Vice President of Early Oncology, as well as Former Senior Vice President IMED Oncology.

Prior to her tenure at AstraZeneca, Dr. Galbraith served as Vice-President of Oncology Discovery Medicine and Clinical Biomarkers at Bristol-Myers Squibb in Princeton, New Jersey.
