Susan Estes

Ms. Susan Estes is a pioneering entrepreneur and seasoned executive renowned for her extensive expertise in the fixed income markets.

Having been the first woman to lead a primary dealership, she has a rich background in starting, growing, and overseeing high-quality rates operations for major financial institutions like Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank, in addition to various tech startups.

Susan has held influential roles in notable financial bodies, having been a member of the Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee (TBAC) and the Board of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA).

Her educational background includes a BS in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Redlands.

Throughout her career, Susan has founded, managed, and advised various organizations such as OpenDoor Securities, MAP Alternative Asset Management Company, Arch Pacific, and Heck.com, while also leading divisions at Countrywide Securities Corporation, Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley.
