Susan Spinrad Esterly, PhD

Susan Esterly is a highly experienced licensed psychologist with expertise in leadership coaching, enneagram, addictions, guiding people to become their best selves, and cultivating inclusive and collaborative organizational cultures. She graduated with distinction in Human Biology from Stanford University and obtained a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

With her extensive experience as an assistant professor, clinical training director, and PTSD research clinician at various prestigious academic institutions, Susan has gained comprehensive knowledge in diverse fields such as psychology, health sciences, and leadership. Her passion for supporting non-profit organizations and private companies as a leadership coach has also earned her recognition as a former Leadership Coach at CEN - Center for Excellence in Nonprofits.

As a founding partner of the Magiscope Records and Institute of Relational Intelligence, Susan has worked with entrepreneurs, performing artists, leaders, and creatives, where she empowered them to channel their creativity and leadership potential to achieve their goals.
