She is the managing director and co-founder of Skyya Communications, an award-winning communications agency that focuses on creating strategic consultation and impactful public relations campaigns for innovative businesses, ranging from startups to global public companies. Susan is well-known for developing marketing strategies that generate maximum visibility and sales traction for the products and services of her clients.

At Skyya Communications, Susan heads the agency's New York City practice and leads business development while driving agency growth. Susan also provides strategic direction for many of Skyya's key accounts, including brand-building, channel development, lead generation, social media programs, messaging, events, and media relations.
