Susan Dell'Osso

Susan Dell'Osso is an accomplished business leader, consultant, and educator specializing in innovation, marketing, and strategy. She received her MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and her BA from Vanderbilt University. With over two decades of experience, Dell'Osso has held leadership roles at various organizations, including Happy Colon Foods, INTEGRIS Health, Baylor Scott & White Health, and gravitytank. She has also worked as an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University's MMM Program. Dell'Osso's expertise in branding and customer strategy is evidenced by her tenure as the Brand Manager for Frito-Lay's Rold Gold Pretzels, Munchies, and Quaker Snack Mix. Her passion for innovation has led her to serve as a Chief Innovation Officer and Innovation and Marketing Advisor at several prominent healthcare institutions. At Happy Colon Foods, Dell'Osso is currently serving as COO, continuing to showcase her strategic leadership skills.
