Susan Corneliuson is an accomplished Associate Principal with ECG's Practice Transformation division, with over 20 years of experience assisting healthcare organizations. Her core focus lies in the development and implementation of innovative and transformational strategies for hospitals, physician practices, and healthcare institutions. Her vast repertoire of skills includes physician hospital integration strategies, medical group performance optimization, care model redesign, and compensation arrangements. Susan has an extensive background in physician practice performance improvement and redesign, and is certified in Lean Six Sigma Management Techniques. She is a recognized leader in medical foundations, multi-specialty medical groups, and provider-based clinics.

Before joining ECG, Susan provided advisory and activation consulting services for Premier Inc., GE Healthcare, and The Camden Group, and held senior executive positions for large multi-specialty medical groups, including MemorialCare, Sutter Health, and Providence Health and Services.

Susan has significant academic achievements to her name, having studied Master of Health Science (MHS), Finance and Management at The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland, and BS, Biochemistry at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Medical Group Management Association.
