Susan Boster

Susan Boster is the Founder and CEO of Boster Group Ltd., specializing in developing innovative partnerships between global corporations, arts institutions, and social impact foundations. With a background as the Marketing Director at Barnes & Noble and later the CMO at News International, she led the transition of both companies to e-commerce and digital platforms, playing a key role in launching barnesandnoble.com. Susan actively participates on the boards of the Donmar Warehouse and The Representation Project, and contributes to the Enterprise Committee at The Design Museum. She also held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board at the English National Ballet for two terms. Susan is a sought-after host and keynote speaker at various conferences, including CognitionX and the Equality Lounge at the World Economic Forum in Davos. Furthermore, she shares her expertise as a guest lecturer at Sotheby’s Institute of Art.
