Susan Alanis

Susan Alanis is a highly accomplished and experienced Chief Operating Officer at Tarrant County College District. Her expertise in State and Local Government was cultivated at the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education, where she studied. Afterward, she went on to receive her Master of Public Administration (MPA) from The University of Texas at Arlington, and her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Texas State University-San Marcos.

Susan has had an impressive career serving the city of Fort Worth. She was formerly the Assistant City Manager and the Director of Planning and Development, as well as the Deputy Director of Planning and Development. Her dedication and hard work have led to numerous improvements to the city and the surrounding areas.

Susan Alanis has a wealth of knowledge and experience in local government, planning and development, project management, and public administration. Her skills in these areas have made her an invaluable asset to Tarrant County College District, and a leader in her field.
