Sunil Gandhi is a proficient scriptwriter, an active blogger, and an accomplished author. With a focus on delivering customer-centric service and experience, Sunil has published four ebooks over the past few years, including one non-fiction book on Customer Experience and three fictional works. He is also an experienced speaker and has written articles published in ICAI & BCAS Journals and the famous Management Journal, The Smart Manager. Alongside his creative career, Sunil has made sure he is well educated having completed studies in Human-Centered Service Design with Novoed IDEO, Business Consulting Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, and has been awarded a CA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Furthermore, he studied Content Marketing with HubSpot Academy and earned a Bachelor's in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
