Sunil Gandhi is a proficient scriptwriter, an active blogger, and an accomplished author. With a focus on delivering customer-centric service and experience, Sunil has published four ebooks over the past few years, including one non-fiction book on Customer Experience and three fictional works. He is also an experienced speaker and has written articles published in ICAI & BCAS Journals and the famous Management Journal, The Smart Manager. Alongside his creative career, Sunil has made sure he is well educated having completed studies in Human-Centered Service Design with Novoed IDEO, Business Consulting Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, and has been awarded a CA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Furthermore, he studied Content Marketing with HubSpot Academy and earned a Bachelor's in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics. Today, Sunil is the CEO of SCGA, where his experience and knowledge continue to offer valuable insights into various leadership and management roles.
