Sunil Gandhe

Sunil Gandhe is a seasoned professional with 25 years of leadership and management experience in both MNCs and startups. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director at Inxeption in India, a US-based SaaS B2B eCommerce platform for industrial goods, where he is spearheading the company's expansion in the Indian market through strategic partnerships.

Sunil holds a PGDM from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B. Tech in Material Science from the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. His expertise lies in scaling up businesses, mentoring teams, and implementing technology solutions, with a particular focus on intrapreneurship and empathetic leadership.

Prior to his current role, Sunil Gandhe held the position of COO at mBnk, a fintech firm specializing in financial inclusion, where he oversaw technology, established operational processes, and built a robust operational structure supporting a GTV of 3,500 crores. He also played a key role in the growth of Onsite Electro Services Pvt. Ltd., an extended warranty service provider, from pre-Series A to Series B funding rounds, achieving exceptional customer service metrics even during challenging times.

Sunil's professional journey includes co-founding a logistics startup and working with renowned organizations such as Microsoft, SAP, Infosys Technologies Ltd., Capgemini, and Tech Mahindra. His early career involved solution selling, onsite/offshore project delivery, Siebel CRM consulting, and business development in the technology sector.
