Suni Sukduang

Suni Sukduang is a highly experienced professional who currently serves as a Shareholder at Polsinelli PC. With a robust background in law and engineering, Suni co-leads the firm's nationally renowned post-grant practice, where he advises leading companies on utilizing USPTO proceedings to efficiently manage and resolve patent disputes.

Suni's technical proficiency spans various areas including telecommunications, network architectures, electrical control systems, semiconductors, user interfaces, and computer software. Apart from his work in post-grant practices, Suni collaborates with numerous organizations on intellectual property (IP) strategy and development, assisting in-house legal teams and senior executives in optimizing innovation and patent protection to drive shareholder value.

His educational accomplishments include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Oxford - Said Business School, a J.D. in Law from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, and a BS in Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Prior to his current role, Suni has held positions as a Partner at Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP, served in the United States Navy Reserves as LT, and worked as an Engineer at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
