Managed development of on-line interactive patient portal that allows patients 24/7 access to their health information and communication with their healthcare provider via secure messaging and scheduling.

Obtained NCQA Diabetes Recognition Program Vendor Certification validating the software's diabetes management design and streamlining NCQA DRP application process for customers.

Established an interface with CMS's data warehouse and obtained recognition as Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) Data Submission EHR Vendor - simplifying the process for customers to obtain incentive payments for the PQRS program.
