With a background in education from Harvard University and experience in technology product design, Sunanda has spent over a decade developing digital products and services to support adult learning and professional development.

Currently, Sunanda works at Google as a Learning & Development Insights Strategist, leading cross-functional teams to drive growth and development initiatives for Google employees.

Sunanda's approach to design is research-driven, focusing on qualitative and ethnographic methodologies to uncover insights that inform impactful solutions.

Throughout her career, Sunanda has held various roles such as Senior Learning Designer, Curriculum Manager, and Product Strategy Manager at Google, as well as positions in educational institutions and research organizations.

With a belief in operational excellence and a dedication to fostering creativity, collaboration, and kindness in her work, Sunanda strives to bring both rigor and delight into her design projects.
