Summer Addo

Summer Addo, a pharmaceutical and biomedical sciences professional, holds a doctorate degree in Pharmacy from The University of Georgia. After a brief hiatus to start a family, Summer is seeking employment in the Atlanta area pharmaceutical industry, where she brings an extensive background in classical pk analysis, specifically using WINNONLIN software, and HPLC-UV. Her doctoral research focused on determining the maternal disposition and placental uptake of antiretroviral drugs using a pregnant rat model. Additionally, Summer was a Graduate Research Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at The University of Georgia in the departments of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences and Microbiology, respectively. She is interested in continuing her work in classical pk analysis while exploring quantitative analysis.
