•	Led the company from $0 to a seven digit company valuation raising multiple six digit investment rounds(including Pre-Series A round) from international venture capitalists from USA, Japan and Vietnam in 4 years

•	Managed a team of 15 people as the founder and CEO of the team and expanded the business to over 50,000 customers, 200+ partners fitness/wellness service providers, 3 cities and 50+ different categories in fitness and wellness.

•	Spearheaded the tech team in product development and design to develop the tech system of Flexible Pass from scratch into a fully integrated system that can be used by thousands of users and partners with over 10+ payment options providers.

•	Increased the annual revenue to over $100,000 with a 30% month on month increase of users to meet the milestones set by investors and board of directors.

•	Implemented a fitness and wellness booking platform with QR code booking feature which was the first of its kind in Myanmar. It allows users to search and make bookings for hundreds of different fitness and wellness services in over 50 categories including gym workouts, fitness classes, healthy meals, spa and beauty services.

•	Partnered with over 15 international brands including Samsung, Grab for joint marketing collaboration campaigns to reach marketing objectives and user acquisition goals

•	Selected as one of the ticketing partners for Yoma Marathon Myanmar, the city’s only marathon event and the largest running event 2019 and 2020

•	Expanded into online virtual classes and added in food delivery categories in the app during the covid-19 pandemic

• Developed corporate wellness programs and employees benefit programs for international organisations including health insurance companies such as Prudential
