Süleyman Onay is a seasoned professional with expertise in Portfolio Strategy, Corporate Governance, and Organization. He is a leader in Climate & Sustainability efforts in Turkey, overseeing multi-year transformation programs from strategy development to full-scale implementation.

With a background in managing large interdisciplinary teams and navigating complex stakeholder relationships, Süleyman excels at setting up governance structures and preparing teams for successful execution. He also focuses on talent development within BCG and makes valuable contributions to the entrepreneurship ecosystem by mentoring social impact startups aligned with UNDP 2030 goals.

Süleyman Onay holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a double major in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from Koç University. He also studied at Denizli Erbakır Fen Lisesi, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.

Throughout his career, Süleyman has held various roles in esteemed organizations. He served as the Managing Director at Colendi, an Investor at SETL, and held positions as an Investor and Board Member at EASYCEP and Passion Punch. Additionally, he co-founded Paps, Inc and worked in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse, as well as in roles at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Procter & Gamble.
