Sukie Ewald

Sukie Ewald is an accomplished supply chain and retail operations leader with a strong passion for driving organizational change and optimizing expenses. Her experience in creating and streamlining processes and programs, coupled with her ability to foster cross-functional teamwork, has propelled her to leadership positions in some of the world's top companies. Sukie studied both Psychology and Leadership, as well as Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.

Sukie has an extensive background in supply chain and retail operations, having held key positions at Nike and Target. Prior to her current role as Assistant General Manager-Digital Operations, North America Supply Chain at Nike, she served as the PMO Director, North America Supply Chain at Nike. Before joining Nike, she was the Director, Supply Chain Process Design at Target and also held the position of Sr. Project Manager, Supply Chain Transformation at Target.

Sukie has a track record of driving operational excellence in the supply chain space by designing and implementing efficient processes and programs. She has led cross-functional teams and has the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels. Her experience transcends the supply chain space, encompassing talent acquisition, employment brand, and HR fields as well.
