Suhashini Sarkar

Suhashini (Suh) Sarkar is a current Full Time MBA student at NYU Stern School of Business, specializing in Strategy & Leadership and Change Management.

With a background in tech recycling startup, Suhashini has experience in P&L management, customer retention strategies, and process improvement.

Having progressed from an administrative role to a Senior Manager leading a team of 17, she is dedicated to driving business growth, scalability, and fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Suhashini holds a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media & Communication and Dramatic Literature from New York University, with honors and awards for academic excellence.

She has also completed courses in Financial Accounting, Business Analytics, and Economics at Harvard Business School Online, as well as Management Mathematics at UC Berkeley Extension.

Furthermore, Suhashini excelled in Baking and Pastry Arts at Johnson & Wales University and received an award for General Proficiency during her high school years at Modern High School for Girls, Kolkata.

Currently associated with NYU Stern School of Business as an MBA candidate, she has worked in various capacities at RoadRunner Recycling, from Operations Administrator to Senior Strategy Manager.

Suhashini has also contributed as a Columnist at The Telegraph, editorial intern at Food Network and Saveur Magazine, and held roles at New York University, EatUp LLC, and Facebook.
