Suela Haxhi is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in finance and economics. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Tirana University and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Wageningen. She began her career at KPMG Albania as a Junior Auditor before moving on to work for several prestigious financial institutions, including Raiffeisen Bank and the Albanian Development Fund. Most recently, Suela has been working as a Finance and Administration Manager at a software development company based in Tirana.

Throughout her career, Suela has demonstrated exceptional talent and expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, budget management, and risk assessment. She has a proven track record of delivering results and meeting project goals on time while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Suela is a skilled communicator, able to convey complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly.
