Sue Woodward

Sue Woodward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the legal and nonprofit sectors.

She currently holds the position of Head of Not-for-profit Law at Justice Connect, where she leads initiatives related to legal matters in the nonprofit sector.

In her impressive career journey, Sue has also served in various voluntary capacities, including being a Board Member at the Victorian Council of Social Service and a Director at the Human Rights Law Centre.

Her dedication to the nonprofit sector is evident through her previous roles such as Chief Executive Officer (acting) and Director of National Projects at Justice Connect, as well as Director of Policy, Education & Red Tape Reduction at the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.

Sue Woodward has also contributed significantly to the field of law education, having been a Lecturer and later a Senior Fellow at The University of Melbourne Law School.

Her expertise extends to grant research consultancy and strategic leadership as seen in her role as Director of PilchConnect at Public Interest Law Clearing House (Vic) Inc and in her consultancy position at the William Buckland Foundation.
