Sue Moir
Retired, Volunteer Extraordinaire
Sue Moir is a retired business professional who has shifted gears and embarked on a new adventure as a nomadic volunteer, exploring the West and lending her skills to various organizations. She currently resides in Oregon, where she works at Wallowa Lake Methodist Camp as a dishwasher and takes advantage of the beautiful surroundings by hiking, kayaking, and biking during her free time. Sue’s impressive background in marketing and management has equipped her with the skills necessary to build and promote successful organizations, lead teams, and mentor staff and clients to achieve their goals. Before embarking on her current adventure, she worked as a Marketing Consultant, Regional Marketing Manager at SoundEarth Strategies, Inc, Program Manager at Northwest Environmental Business Council (NEBC), and TOKNA Coordinator at Albertina Kerr Centers. Sue holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is always eager to share her knowledge and experience with others. If you need advice on marketing, environmental issues, or volunteering, she is the person to talk to. Sue has plenty of exciting opportunities lined up for the next year and is booked to volunteer at various locations, including Ft. Bowie National Historic Monument in Arizona, Gila Cliff Dwellings in New Mexico, and the Petrified Forest and Painted Desert National Park in Arizona.
