Susan J. Bethanis, Ed.D, is a well-respected executive coach and founder of San Francisco-based firm Mariposa Leadership. With a focus on coaching high-tech industry leaders, Bethanis has over 26 years of experience working with Silicon Valley and San Francisco companies and nonprofits. Her work focuses on energizing leadership skills and teams to increase influence and engagement while fostering innovative and sustainable organizational strategies. Bethanis is also the author of Leadership Chronicles of a Corporate Sage and hosts the popular leadership forum WiseTalk and coaching community WiseSpace. Her education includes a Doctorate in Education from the University of San Francisco, a master's degree in Education from Stanford University, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Occidental College.
