Sudhir Mattoo is a California State University alumni, majoring in Marketing. He is currently a Partner at IBM's Talent & Transformation Consulting Practice, a consulting division that focuses on helping businesses with their talent and transformation needs. Sudhir has had a long and successful career at IBM, where he worked for almost two decades in various HR leadership roles. He was the Director of Human Resources for India & South Asia, Regional Head of Human Resources for IBM Cloud & Cognitive Software in Asia Pacific, Head of Talent for IBM Japan, among others. At IBM, Sudhir was also the Global Talent Acquisition Leader for Global Delivery Centers, and the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader for Global Business Services.

Sudhir's professional trajectory puts him as a leading expert in human resources, talent acquisition, and transformation within the information technology industry. He also has experience in learning and development, and has been recognized for his work in Machine Learning in the learning space by the prestigious Brandon Hall Human Capital Management Awards in 2019.
