He has held various high-level positions in well-established companies such as Insightly Analytics, Shortlist Professionals, Forbes Technology Council, Bankrate, Inc., and Trouvé Media.

Bandaru has worked with Hewlett-Packard, AT&T, and Merrill Lynch as an experienced Sr. J2EE and Java developer. He is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance systems and create value for businesses. Bandaru was able to transition into leadership roles due to his technical expertise, strategic vision and exceptional communication skills.

As the Founder and CEO of Insightly Analytics, Bandaru demonstrated his forward-thinking capabilities by building a platform that helps businesses harness analytical insights to make better decisions. He was also the CTO for Shortlist Professionals, where he led a team of engineers to create a platform that streamlines the talent sourcing process.
