Suchita Prasad Walia

Suchita Prasad Walia is a seasoned HR professional and Senior Organisation Expert at McKinsey & Company SE Asia. With years of experience working on topics related to the future of work, including organisational systems, capability building at scale and change management, Suchita's insights have helped bring transformational changes to leadership teams across the region.

Prior to her current role, Suchita served as a HR head for multiple manufacturing units at Hindustan Unilever Ltd. Her experience with long term productivity settlements, Trade Union negotiations and change management gave her a thorough understanding of the complexities of large organizations.

In addition to her corporate work, Suchita has also made a significant contribution to the education sector. She was part of the founding team of the Fullbridge Program, a digital education start-up, focusing on program architecture and digital assessments. As a Board Member at the Harvard Business School Club of Singapore, she led the HBCS Mentorship Initiative, which has mentored over 850 students in the last five years.

Suchita holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School, a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development, and a BE degree from the University of Mumbai.
