Suchi Reddy is an architect, designer, and artist based in New York City.13 She founded Reddymade Architecture and Design in 2002, which has grown from a one-person firm to employing nearly 20 people today.4 Reddy's work is guided by the mantra "form follows feeling," and her practice is informed by research on neuroaesthetics, which examines the impact of environments on the brain and body.1
Born and raised in Chennai, India, Reddy immigrated to the United States and pursued her architectural education at the University of Detroit Mercy, graduating in 1991.4 Her firm focuses on a wide range of projects, including public art installations, large-scale commercial spaces, and residential projects.1

Reddy teaches at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation and serves on several boards, including the Design Trust for Public Space and Storefront for Art and Architecture.1 She is also a member of the Dean's Board of Advisors for the School of Architecture & Community Development at Detroit Mercy.4
