Subhasis Roy is a highly experienced financial and operations executive with a remarkable background in healthcare investment banking/advisory and the biopharmaceutical industry.

With over two decades in advising healthcare companies and executing various financing and M&A transactions, he transitioned successfully into the entrepreneurial realm of emerging biopharmaceutical companies.

Mr. Roy boasts over three years of leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, focusing on corporate strategy, business development, corporate finance, and team management encompassing R&D scientists and finance professionals.

His educational foundation includes a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, an MBA in Finance & General Management from Duke University's The Fuqua School of Business, a Master of Commerce in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting and Auditing, also from the University of Mumbai.
