Suat Soysal

Suat Soysal is the founder (Kurucu) of SOYSAL, a company he established in 1996 and continues to lead.12 He has over 28 years of experience in this role.1 Prior to founding SOYSAL, Suat worked as the Human Resources and Training Manager (İnsan Kaynakları ve Eğitim Müdürü) at Benetton Group from 1992 to 1996.14 He also held the position of Stores Group Manager (Mağazalar Grup Müdürü) at MUDO from 1988 to 1992.4

SOYSAL, under Suat Soysal's leadership, has been a pioneer in the Turkish retail industry for 41 years.2 The company is known for organizing "Perakende Günleri" (Retail Days), an annual event in the retail sector.35 Suat Soysal frequently speaks at these events, discussing topics such as artificial intelligence, digitalization, and the balance between digital and human touch in the retail industry.356
