Su Yuen Chin

Entrepreneur Su Yuen Chin is passionate about leveling the playing field by providing remote work and educational opportunities through technology. Her current startup, MomoCentral.com, is a platform that connects companies with tested-and-verified developers and designers. Deloitte, Standard Chartered Bank, and YCombinator are among the 1000+ companies that have hired talent from MomoCentral. In 2019, Chin was accepted into the MIT DeepTech Bootcamp, which specializes in machine learning, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and the internet of things.

Chin is also active in the non-profit sector. She created MomoGivesBack program with Fast Forward, a tech non-profit accelerator, to support non-profit organizations with meaningful tech projects. Chin is the Co-Founder and CTO of Vivita Singapore, a global organization founded by Taizo Son that is focused on providing kids with limitless creativity opportunities in makerspaces with no fees, no curriculum, and no timetable.

Chin's specialties include UI/UX design, Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, and remote product management. She has won several awards, including the SiTF (Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation) Awards in 2010 for Virtual Sandbox, an augmented reality game for kids, and was featured on national TV by IMDA (Singapore government) as one of five females in tech.
