With an impressive track record of leading organizations through periods of high-change, Su has developed a reputation for fearlessly navigating ambiguity and facilitating sustainable growth. She has honed her ability to "right the ship" when organizations struggle and is known for her persistence, decisiveness, and dedication to championing change.
