Stuart W. Shulman is a prominent figure in the fields of American politics and information technology. He holds a PhD in American politics and serves as the Editor Emeritus of the Journal of Information Technology & Politics, a role he has maintained since September 2011 after previously serving as Editor-in-Chief from 2006 to 2011.12
