Stuart Raetzman

Stuart Raetzman is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

With a wealth of experience in various leadership roles, Stuart currently serves as the Executive Chairman at Equinox Ophthalmic, Inc. His past roles include being the Chief Executive Officer at Nestle Skin Health, CEO at Galderma, President of Galderma North America, and holding leadership positions at Alcon, a Novartis Division.

Stuart Raetzman has also served as a Non-Executive Board Member at TearClear and Galderma. His expertise spans across areas such as global marketing, surgical and consumer products, and general management within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Prior to these roles, Stuart has held key positions at renowned companies like Alcon, Novartis, Allergan, and Nestle, where he honed his skills in marketing, product management, and executive leadership.
