He currently serves as Heartland Dental’s Regional Doctor Recruiter, where he helps dentists achieve their true potential within the company.

Before this, he worked as the Manager of Corporate Recruiting at Netsmart Technologies, where he honed his skills in talent acquisition. Stuart also worked as a Senior Search Consultant for Retained Search at Execu-Source Staffing firm, where he recruited talented executives for top companies. Stuart has also worked in the aviation industry as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Textron Aviation. Before working at Heartland Dental, he was the Executive Recruiter at Insight Management Consultants.
