Throughout his career, Stuart has held key roles such as Chief Executive Officer at Citizens Advice County Durham, Chief Executive at Tyneside and Northumberland Mind, and Director at Collective Impact Agency CIC, among others.
He has also contributed his expertise as a Senior Area Youth & Community Worker at Durham County Council and as a Community Project Development Worker at Sunderland City Council.
