Stuart Buck is a dedicated professional with a strong mission to assist individuals, organizations, and government entities in making informed strategic decisions based on evidence.

Stuart's educational background is notably diverse, having pursued a J.D. with Cum Laude honors from Harvard Law School, a PhD in Education Policy from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Music with Highest Honors from The University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Music, where he graduated as a First Honor Student among over 3,000 peers with a remarkable 4.0 GPA at The University of Georgia.
With an impressive professional history, Stuart has held key roles in various organizations, including being a Senior Advisor at the Social Science Research Council, Executive Director of the Good Science Project, Vice President of Research at Arnold Ventures, Vice President of Research Integrity at the Laura and John Arnold Foundation, a Research Assistant at the University of Arkansas Department of Education Reform, as well as serving as an Attorney at Kellogg Huber and Hughes & Luce. Moreover, he has contributed as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Stephen F. Williams and the Honorable David Nelson at the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
