Stuart Brody

Stuart Brody is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in civil litigation, specializing in insurance law, property, liability defense, commercial liability, subrogation, and related insurance coverage issues. He also has experience in business and commercial litigation, contract matters, and landlord-tenant disputes.

With a focus on representing clients in first-party property claims, auto coverage, fraud investigations for major insurance carriers, personal injury claims, medical malpractice, and employment/labor disputes, Stuart Brody has successfully handled over thirty bench and jury trials to verdict, participated in over fifty arbitration hearings, and handled numerous appeals.

Stuart Brody holds a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a B.S. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
