Storm Duncan is a well-known senior financial and strategic advisor with a wealth of experience in identifying, analyzing, and closing complex and transformative business partnerships and capital raises. He has advised leading technology and mobility/transportation companies such as Google, YouTube, Lyft, Careem, Microsoft, SAP, Hewlett-Packard, Yelp, Intuit, and VeriSign, among others. He has been internationally recognized as an expert in mobility and the future of transportation. During his career, he has managed businesses ranging in size from startups to over $200 million in annual revenue.

Storm Duncan is famous for his exceptional expertise in the industry, having executed the Lyft IPO and the sale of a full-stack Autonomous Vehicle platform to Apple. He is a co-founder and CEO of two companies, including a venture-backed start-up spun out of MIT. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at technology and mobility/transportation conferences and guest lecturer at Harvard Law School and Stanford University. He has co-authored and co-taught a course on mergers and acquisitions at Stanford Law School.

Mr. Duncan received his education from Glenrock High School where he excelled and went on to study at Yale University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Later, he pursued an MBA at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Storm Duncan is currently the Global Head of Mobility Technology and the Global Head of Technology M&A at Jefferies. He was formerly a Strategic Advisor, Board Member, and Investor at Angel Storm. He was also the Co-Founder and CEO at DwellAware and Essess, Inc. Before joining Jefferies, he was the Managing Director, Global Head of Technology M&A, and Senior Advisor at Credit Suisse. He began his career as a Cigarette Butt Picker Upper before joining PaineWebber as an Associate and Lehman Brothers as a Vice President.
