Steven Wong, P. Eng, MSc

Steven Wong is a driven and accomplished professional Transportation Engineer and Transportation Planner with years of experience in the field. He has a diverse education, having earned his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia before continuing his education with a Master of Science degree in International Planning, Graduated with Merit from University College London, U. of London. Throughout his career, Steven has served in many capacities, such as Founder and Vice President at Elements Squared Products, Transportation Planning - Project Engineer at WSP - MMM Group, FIELD ENGINEER/ESTIMATOR at Kiewit, CO-OP FIELD ENGINEER at PCL Construction, and ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN at Layton Consulting Ltd, among others. He is also an active member of APEGBC and the Institute of Transportation Engineers. While working with MMM Group since 2012, Steven has shown his proficiency in the use of various transportation-related software and programs, including AutoCAD, GuidSign, Synchro/SimTraffic, and Sidra VISSIM, among others. He focuses on transportation planning and traffic engineering, working on various projects, such as parking studies, intersection design, transportation demand management plans, network planning studies, area planning studies, and traffic impact studies. Steven is also an advocate for sustainability and environmentally friendly transportation.
