Steven Venino is a seasoned Senior Associate at 10T Holdings, a venture capital firm that invests in digital assets and emerging blockchain technologies. With over seven years of experience in venture capital, investment research, structured products, and trading, Steven has developed a depth of relationships within the DAE and legacy financial technology sectors.

Before joining 10T, Steven was an investor at Rosecliff, a New York City-based venture capital firm focused on emerging technologies. During his time at Rosecliff, he was responsible for sourcing and executing early-stage investments across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on FinTech and Sustainability.

Prior to Rosecliff, Steven served as a Research Analyst and Trader at Point72's Discretionary Investing division, where he managed a long/short portfolio focused on the Agribusiness and Renewable Energy industries. He also worked at Morgan Stanley in their Manhattan HQ, advising institutional clients on transactions in the equities and derivatives markets, as well as structuring bespoke investment products that provided clients with exposure to macro and micro investment opportunities.

Steven graduated cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and passionate about blockchain technology and digital assets, having made several personal investments in the space and actively participating in various decentralized finance protocols.
