Steven Smith is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in law and finance. He pursued his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Boston College and later completed his Juris Doctorate in Law from Boston College Law School. His academic journey also includes education at Cathedral High School in El Paso, TX.

Throughout his career, Steven has held key leadership positions in renowned organizations. Currently, he serves as the Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and General Counsel at PAR Capital Management. Prior to this role, he made significant contributions as the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Technology at Numeric Investors and as the Chief of Staff at Citigroup Asset Management / Legg Mason. Additionally, he has experience as a Partner at Choate, Hall & Stewart.
