Steven Schram

Steven H. Schram, known as Steve, brings over 40 years of legal experience to his role as Co-President at Shapiro, Lifschitz & Schram, where he focuses on assisting entrepreneurs and small to middle-market businesses with their business, real estate, and transactional needs.

Schram obtained his J.D. with honors from Georgetown University Law Center and holds a B.S. in Economics, Accounting, and Finance with high honors from The Wharton School.

Prior to his current position, Schram served as Senior Vice President at Marlo Furniture Company, Inc., and held key roles as a Tax and Business Group Law Partner at prestigious law firms such as Finley, Kumble, Wagner, Heine, Underberg, Manley, Meyerson & Casey, and Danzansky, Dickey, Tydings, Quint & Gordon. He also gained experience as an Auditor at Ernst & Young.
