Steven Plette

Steven Plette is a dedicated educator with a background in teaching high school history and social science as well as university-level courses. He has enriched his teaching career by serving as an assistant and head coach for various cross country and track and field teams.

With a primary focus on American government and US History, Steven brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his classrooms. He is also skilled in writing and quantitative research, providing students with a well-rounded academic experience.

Steven pursued his academic interests by obtaining a MA in Political Science from UC Irvine and a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego. He also received education at Bellarmine College Preparatory, shaping his educational foundation.

Currently, Steven is a teacher at the Irvine Unified School District, where he continues to inspire and educate students. Previously, he worked as a private tutor and served as a Graduate Teaching/Research Assistant at UC Irvine, further showcasing his commitment to education.
