    His academic journey includes being a Graduate Research Assistant at the University Center for Excellence in Photovoltaics at Georgia Tech, a Project Manager for the Georgia Tech Solar Car Racing Team, and an Academic Cooperation Participant in the Advanced Detectors Group at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.

    During his time at Harvey Mudd College, Steven served as a Student Researcher for both the LLNL Joint Eng/Phys Clinic Team and the Center for Environmental Studies. He also interned at BP in the Wind Power Division.

    Steven Ning's early leadership skills were evident as he held the position of President for the FIRST Robotics Competition Team at West Anchorage High School.
