Steven Marrs

Steven Marrs is the founder, President, and Managing Partner of OutEast Entertainment, an independent multimedia entertainment studio based in Playa Vista, California. Born on March 11, 1967, in Landstuhl, Germany, he was raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and graduated from the University of Florida in 1991 with a degree in advertising.13
