Steven Lovink is the Founder of Planet2025 Network, a social venture focused on sustainable development and fostering a globally sustainable way of life by 2025. He also leads Power of One, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering integrated action towards transformation to a peaceful, sustainable global society.
Drawing on advanced sciences and collective consciousness, Steven develops partnerships, collaborations, and initiatives that promote creativity, entrepreneurship, innovative financing, and new business models in service to the whole. He is a Co-founder and senior advisor at the Institute for Environmental Security in The Hague, The Netherlands, and is involved in various emerging ventures and initiatives.
His specialties include Systems Thinking, Sustainable Development, Innovative Financing, Venture Development, Whole System Entrepreneurship, Information Technology, e-Learning and New Media, Future Scenarios, and 21st Century Risk Management.
Steven Lovink pursued his MA degree at Georgetown University and completed his BA studies at the University of Kent. He currently holds the positions of Founder and CEO at both Planet2025 Network and Power of One.
