Booster Juice's presence on social media with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, G+ and digital signage was launched in March 2011, we've grown our social footprint to reflect our brand best. 

We have increased foot traffic in socially advertised stores, measuring this with Ads our point of sale systems in Canada. The position is a hybrid of custodial community manager, posting content/feedback to our followers and analyst feeding numbers to marketing. 

This position also acts as the ‘social’ executive sponsor to create more interdepartmental social collaborators. Control of Digital Advertising on all platforms it requires knowledge of MailChimp, PPC costing, Google Analytics, HTML, WordPress and Expression Engine.

As the Director of Technology for Booster Juice I'm responsible to pursue our business goals to help merge technology with business processes.  This position also requires that I regularly initiate, negotiate or manage, partners plus service providers on technology related systems and projects.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage the managers and coordinate small to medium sized Agile and waterfall projects (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor and Close)

Deliver projects on time, on budget and within scope.

Conduct resource allocation, oversee work flow and scheduling.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members.

Develop standardized processes to effectively manage cross functional work activities.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members across multiple departments.

My department has initiated and manages Booster Juice branded programs for Gift Card/Mobile Coupons.

For the Gift Cards, we maintain the merchant accounts for ACH processing, ACH return processing, Closed Loop Gift Cards and process customer claims with the network if disputes or frauds happen.  We also clarify any billing issues with this area of our business.  We support questions on Open Loop prepaid Gift Cards from AMEX, Visa, Mastercard (Mall Gift Cards).  My department also opens new accounts and apply them to the Point Of Sale.  The department maintain the Gift Card numbering and IIN (was called BIN) registration in Canada, with the scc.ca. 

Our Mobile/Printed Digital Couponing is integrated into our portal and our POS, we generate and maintain the coupon numbers for validation, expiration and redemption reporting.   This is a custom secure application designed for Booster Juice.

Program Manager for Branded Gift Card and Digital Coupons

As the Manager of Technology for Booster Juice I'm responsible for completing projects and handling contractors. Also to continually develop our business systems for the long term future of the organization. Maintaining/building client/cloud servers, a complex email system, our store point of sale across Canada/Mexico, in store digital signage, digital menu, digital coupons, gift cards, SSO, portals, websites, business listings, digital campaigns, etc.  Developing SOP’s, identifying and eliminating problems.

As the Manager for the M&M internal network team I was responsible for, setting budgets, projects, staff evaluations, mentoring, conflict management, lead design for servers and network communications. This consists of Linux, Windows, Cisco and IBM infrastructure.
