Steven Kingsley

Steve Kingsley, a food scientist and tech enthusiast, has a diverse professional background that spans multiple industries. He was born in Hungary and later became a US citizen in 1974. Kingsley has a Master's degree in Food Science from the College/University of Horticulture, and he also studied MBA in Information Technology at Pace University. He has since become skilled in designing, developing, and producing new food products and processes, information systems and websites, books, ebooks, music, audio, and multimedia products.
During his time as a research food technologist at General Foods, Kingsley was given the opportunity to co-found two food companies to commercialize his inventions, which are now showcased on gastroplex.com. In 2011, he developed CaffeMallows™, a line of soft, sweet, and sensuous double espresso, coffee, mocha, tea, and chocolate marshmallows designed to give instant power and bursts of energy. He also developed SUGARLESSe™, a natural sweetener that replaces sugar 1:1, and created a line of gourmet chocolates, called Chocolate Naturals, using SUGARLESSe™ as the sweetener.
Kingsley's latest inventions include CreamMallows™ and CannaMallows™, the first truly gourmet quality sugar-free, low-calorie marshmallows, which are available at creammallows.com and cannamallows.com. He also developed ChocoSustain™ and BloomPrevent™ dark chocolate production technologies featured on their website, einstenbrands.com.
As an adjunct professor at Pace University, Kingsley taught graduate computer courses from 1989 till 1992, where he also authored and published articles on Knowledge Science. His professional interests include designing, developing, and producing new food products and processes, information systems and websites, and books, ebooks, music, audio, and multimedia products.
