Steve Hiller

Steven Hiller is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in manufacturing, project management, process development, cost reductions, and design for manufacturability. With a proven ability to meet and exceed company objectives through effective strategic planning, innovation, and execution, Steven is a valuable asset to any team.

Steven's educational background includes studying BSIT in Industrial Technology at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He has worked for various organizations, including ReSound, GN ReSound, TE Connectivity, ADC, and Modine Manufacturing Company. At ReSound, he started his career as a Manufacturing Engineer and worked his way up to be the Director of Engineering for North American Operations. During his time at GN ReSound, he was the Director of Engineering for North American Operations. Steven's experience in senior continuous improvement implementation at ReSound has honed his skills in strategic planning, process optimization, and project management.

In his career, Steven has demonstrated his ability to manage cross-functional teams, identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes, manage complex projects, meet tight deadlines, and identify cost-saving opportunities. He is an expert in design for manufacturability, process optimization, and continuous improvement strategies. Through his experience, he has developed a strong ability to manage ambiguity, develop innovative solutions, and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
