Steven Fance

Steven Fance is a seasoned CEO & CTO with expertise in renewable energy and technology. He's the founder of Cultiv8 Hemp Solutions, a vertically integrated renewable energy development company that supplies renewable hemp diesel and renewable electricity for energy companies, municipalities, and corporations utilizing fuel supply and power purchase agreements. Steven has over 10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate as a construction manager and a cost estimator for multi-unit apartment & commercial buildings. Additionally, Steven has worked as a Senior Software Developer, Team Lead, and Engineer at companies such as Lockheed Martin, AT&T, CRIF Lending Solutions, and Georgia-Pacific, where he developed skills in software automation, enterprise technology, blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, and internet of things sensors. Steven studied Mathematics at Morehouse College as a JPMorganChase & UJIMA/John F. McGillcuddy UNCF Full Scholarship Recipient and received his Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Mercer University School of Medicine.
